Biography

Horace Arthur Hart was born in Ballarat, and enlisted from there on 18th August 1914. He was 25 years old, single and a builder. He was posted to the ath Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 71. During his service he was promoted to Corporal. He was killed in action during the attack on Krithia on 8th May 1915, and his name is recorded on the Helles Memorial, Gallipoli.
