Biography

Victor George Warburton was born in Fitzroy, but enlisted from Ballarat on 6th July 1915 He was 24, single and a carpenter. He joined the 5th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 3432. On 25th July 1916 he was killed in action at Pozieres. His name is recorded on Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
