Born in Ballarat, Albert Edwin Keher was a single 23 year old labourer at the time of his enlistment in Melbourne, Victoria on the 24th of July 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A73 Commonwealth on the 26th of November 1915.
Albert returned to Australia on the 28th of June 1919 and was discharged as medically unfit on the 20th of September 1919, his debility not being stated.
