Biography
Bertie Alfred St Clare Woolcock was a 26 year old married letter carrier at the time of his enlistment on the 4th of February 1916. On the 1st of May 1916 Bertie was promoted to Sergeant. He was discharged on the 2nd of October 1916 as medically unfit suffering from endocarditis.
