Biography

William Bennie Cochran enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 31 on the 13th of July 1915. He had been born in Beaufort, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Grocer. He volunteered and was stationed with the 21st Battalion, 4th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 2147. He was Killed in Action on the 4th of October 1917. Tree number 1106.
