Biography

Arthur Zenas Farrar was born in Ballarat. When he enlisted on 31st August 1914 he was in Morphettville S.A. He was 19 years old, single and worked as a navvy. He was posted to 10th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 901. He was killed at Gallipoli on 2nd May 1915, and his name is on the Lone Pine memorial, Gallipoli.
