Biography

James Pearson Hamond was born in Ballarat on the 24th of April 1893, he enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy on the 19th of May 1915. James enlisted in the Navy and was posted to duty aboard HMAS Australia, as an Electrical Artificer Class III. He listd his Wife Olive Hamond as his next of kin, as he embarked overseas. He was demobilized on the16th of August 1919. Tree number 1424.
