Cornelius Michael McMahon enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 21 on the 8th of July 1915. He had been born in Cope Cope, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Blacksmith. He volunteered and was stationed with the 12th Field Ambulance with the Regimental number 13045. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 1st of April 1919. Tree number 1453.
