Patrick James Fraser was born in Spring Hill, New South Wales was single and was employed as a Printer. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 34. He volunteered and was stationed with the 5th Battalion, 3rd Reinforcement with the Regimental number 1635. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 5th of April 1920. Tree number 1560.
