William Fry was born in Camberwell, Victoria was married and was employed as a Engineer. He enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 35. He volunteered and was stationed with the 24th Battalion, 1st Reinforcement with the Regimental number 1051. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 20th of October 1915. Tree number 1564.
