Biography

Bert Law (SN 3160) born at Scarsdale, was a 26 year old labourer when he enlisted in Melbourne on August 4th 1915 . He embarked aboard the Wiltshire on November 18th for service as a driver with the 5th Division Signal Company. During his service he had some illness problems but avoided combat wounds. He returned to Australia aboard the Wyreema, disembarked at Melbourne on May 31st 1919 and was discharged on July 25th.
