Biography

Frederick Charles Mayall enlisted in Perth, Western Australia at the age of 31 on the 15th of May 1915. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was Married, and was employed as a Stableman. He volunteered and was stationed with the 10th Light Horse Regiment, 8th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 1183. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 2nd of September 1916. Tree number 1671.
