Biography

Born in Ballarat, William Carnegie Keith was a single 21 year old tailor at the time of his enlistment on the 22nd of July 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A44 Vestalia on the 18th of January 1916.
On the 9th of October 1916, he was taken on strength with the 4th Field Ambulance.
William returned to Australia on the 27th of July 1919, he was discharged on the 18th of September 1919.
