Biography
Howard Williams, a single 19 year old tailor from Ballarat, enlisted on the 10th of August 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A64 Demosthenes on the 29th of December 1915. Howard returned to Australia on the 22nd of March 1916 and was discharged as medically unfit on the 12th of July 1916.
