John Henry Segrave enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 28 on the 25th of August 1915. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Labourer. He volunteered and was stationed with the 14th Battalion, 12th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 3909. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 10th March 1918. Tree number 1899. He is buried in the Ballarat Cemetery.
