Walter Gerard Arthur Green was a married 28 year old minister residing in Ballarat at the time of his enlistment on the 1st of September 1915. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A11 Ascanius on the 10th of November 1915.
On September 9th 1916, Walter returned to Australia and on the 11th of November 1916 his appointment was terminated.
