Patrick William Bennington was born in Happy Valley, Victoria, was single and was employed as a Labourer. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 35. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Light Horse Regiment with the Regimental number 2102. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 17th of July 1919. Tree number 1936.
