Born in Manchester, England, David Moore was a single 41 year old labourer at the time of his enlistment in Melbourne, Victoria, on the 19th of January 1916. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A68 Anchises on the 14th of March 1916.
David returned to Australia on the 14th of September 1919, and was discharged on the 3rd of December 1919.
