Biography

Leslie James Hobson lived on Doveton Street Sth, Ballarat, Victoria, was single and a draper's assistant when he enlisted in the 21st Battalion, 14th Reinforcement on 17 January 1916 at the age of 23. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A32 Themistocles on 28 July 1916. He was killed in Action 20 March 1917.
