Biography

Michael Thomas Glynn (SN 276) was born in Ballarat and enlisted at Melbourne on February 1st, 1916. He was 35, single and a motorman. He joined the 37th Infantry Battalion and sailed from Melbourne aboard the Persic in June. He was killed at action in the Messines area on June 8th 1917. He has no known grave, and his name is listed on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Belgium.
