John Sherlock Willaton was born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single and was employed as a Engineer. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 18. He volunteered and was stationed with the 39th Battalion with the Regimental number 624. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 10th of January 1918. Tree number 2120.
