Biography

George Edwards was born in Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Fireman. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 28. He volunteered and was stationed with the 23rd Battalion, 6th Reinforcement later transferring to the 58th Battalion with the Regimental number 2626. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 8th of April 1919. Tree number 2147.
