Colin John Davies was born in Ballarat, Victoria was married and was employed as a Cook. He enlisted in Broadmeadows, Victoria at the age of 38. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Battalion, 19th Reinforcement later transferring to the the 39th Battalion with the Regimental number 6001. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 7th of February 1919. Tree number 2225.
