Percy Fowler was born in Hooknorton, England was single and was employed as a Labourer. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 28. He volunteered and was stationed with the 39th Battalion, B Company with the Regimental number 452. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 27th of May 1919. Tree number 2253.
