Biography

Born in Snake Valley, Victoria, John Benjamin Kahle was a single 34 year old driver when he enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria on the 22nd of April 1916. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A67 Orsova on the 1st of August 1916.
John returned to Australia on the 5th of August 1919 and was discharged due to the termination of his enlistment period on the 19th of September 1919.
