Biography

George Edwin Welsh was born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single and was employed as a Cook. He enlisted in Mildura, Victoria at the age of 26. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Battalion with the Regimental number 6112. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 19th of December 1918. Tree number 2334.
