Biography

George Frampton was born at Kewell, but enlisted on 15th April 1916 from Joel Joel when he 31 years old, and a farmer. He was allocated to the 8th Infantry Battalion, Regimental No. 6025. He was killed in action at Mont St Quentin on 31st August 1918. His name is on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
