Biography

Charles Herbert Thomas enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 31 on the 8th of May 1916. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was Married, and was employed as a Soldier. He volunteered and was stationed with the 10th Field Company Engineers later transferring to the 9th Field Company Engineers as Regimental number 10177. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 3rd of September 1919.
