Biography

George Thomas Austin enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 29on the 7th of August 1915. He had been born in Yarrowee, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Miner. He volunteered and was stationed with the 13th Field Artillery Brigade as Regimental number 660. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 5th of April 1919. Tree number 2608.
