Henry Stanley Brough enlisted in Geelong, Victoria at the age of 23 on the 20th of July 1916. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Carpenter. He volunteered and was stationed with the 23rd Battalion, 7th Reinforcement later transferring to the 2nd Field Artillery Brigade as Regimental number 3021. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 21st of January 1918. Tree number 2618.
