George McFarlane Eltringham was born in Ballarat, Victoria was single and was employed as a Fitter. He enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 19. He volunteered and was stationed with the 2nd Field Company Engineers with the Regimental number 15446. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 31st of March 1918. Tree number 2704.
