Biography

Bertrand William Boyd enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 33 on the 3rd of May 1916. He had been born in Avoca, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Carpenter. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Battalion, 20th Reinforcement as Regimental number 6225. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 21st of July 1917. Tree number 2737.
