Roy Stanley Bennetts was born in Melburne, Victoria, was single and was employed as a Labourer. He enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 19. He volunteered and was stationed with the 14th Battalion with the Regimental number 4774. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 8th of January 1919.
