Harold Michael Kett enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 23 on the 6th of October 1915. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was Married, and was employed as a Labourer. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Battalion, 14th Reinforcement later transferring to the 5th Machine Gun Battalion as Regimental number 4529. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 5th of July 1919. Tree number 2777.
