Harry Arthur Elsworth was born in Ballarat, Victoria was married and was employed as a Clerk. He enlisted in Sydney, New South Wales at the age of 31. He volunteered and was stationed with the 8th Machine Gun Company later transferring to the 25th Machine Gun Battalion with the Regimental number 566. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 8th of August 1918. Tree number 2784.
