Biography

Thomas Kay was a single 28 year old mechanical engineer at the time of his enlistment on the 5th of October 1916. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A38 Ulysses on the 25th of October 1916.
On the 12th of October 1918 he became Sergeant Mechanic.
Thomas returned to Australia on the 8th of August 1920, and was discharged on the 16th of August 1920.
