Frederick Alfred Hooker was a married 27 year old foreman at the time of his enlistment on the 27th of October 1916. His unit embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A7 Medic on the 16th of December 1916.
Frederick returned to Australia on the 17th of July 1919 and was discharged on the 24th of August 1919 due to the termination of his enlistment period.
