Biography

Thomas Curnow was born in Ballarat North. He enlisted from Ballarat East on 27th October 1916. He was 33 years old, and an unmarried clerk. He was posted to the 57th Infantry Battalion, with Regimental No. 3135. He was killed in the area of Amiens in the Third Battle of the Somme on 8th of August 1918, and is buried in the Heath Cemetery, Harbonnieres, France.
