Biography

Percival (Percy) Ignatius Willis (SN 2833), born in Ballarat, joined the Royal Australian Navy as a 19 year old on April 12th 1913. He trained at HMAS Cerberus and then served on HMAS Encounter and HMAS Australia. He was demobilised on May 5th 1920.
