Biography

Clifford Thomas Greville (SN 3395) attended the Urquhart Street State School and was an 18 year old salesman when he enlisted in Ballarat on April 17th 1917. He joined the 60th Infantry Battalion and embarked from Sydney aboard the Port Melbourne in July. He was killed in action near Ville-sur-Ancre on July 4th1918, and is buried in Mericourt-I'Abbe Communal Cemetery, France. He was 19 years of age.
