George Henry Douglass was born in Ballarat, Victoria was married and was employed as a Fireman. He enlisted aboard SS Ayrshore 33, at sea at the age of 31. He volunteered and was stationed with the 32nd Battalion, 7th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 3225. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 24th of August 1918. Tree number 3086.
