Born in Ballarat, Stanley Robert Mudie was a single 26 year old constable at the time of his enlistment on the 31st of July 1917. His unit embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A68 Anchises on the 8th of August 1917.
Stanley returned to Australia on the 15th of February 1919, and was discharged on the 10th of March 1919.
