Jack Barratt enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria, at the age of 25 on the 17th of August 1914. He had been born in Horsham, Victoria was single, and was employed as an Engineer. He volunteered and was stationed with the 6th Battalion, E Company with the Regimental number 532. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 10th of March 1918. Tree number 3184.
