Frank Gordon Uren enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria, at the age of 27 on the 9th of August 1915. He had been born in Ballarat, Victoria, was single, and was employed as a Book Keeper. He volunteered and was stationed with the 14th Battalion, 18th Reinforcement with the Regimental number 5745. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 4th February 1920. Tree No. 3228.
