Thomas Allan enlisted in Melbourne, Victoria, at the age of 28 on the 24th of July 1915. He had been born in Glasgow, Scotland, was single, and was employed as a Plumber. He volunteered and was stationed with the 4th Field Artillery Brigade, 10th Battery with the Regimental number 6435. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 27th April 1919. Tree No. 3246.
