Born in Ballarat, Frank Tyson Herbert was a married 25 year old dentist at the time of his enlistment on the 20th of December 1917. His unit embarked from Adelaide, South Australia, on board HMAT A30 Borda on the 5th of January 1918.
Frank's appointment was terminated on the 19th of August 1919.
