Biography

Edward Arthur Game (SN 3645) was a 30 year old railway employee at Dunolly when he enlisted in July 1915. He trained with the depot battalion at Castlemaine before embarking on the Nestor on October 11th. In March 1916 he reached France to serve with the 7th Battalion. He was wounded in action in August and evacuated to the 3rd Casualty Clearing Station but died of his wounds a few days later on August 22nd 1916. He was 32 years of age and is buried in the Etaples Military Cemetery in France.
