Robert Stanley Dixon was born in Skipton, Victoria was single and was employed as a Cabinetmaker. He enlisted in Ballarat, Victoria at the age of 20. He volunteered and was stationed with the 14th Battalion, 3rd Reinforcement with the Regimental number 1533. He was Medically discharged on the 17th of June 1915. Tree number 341.
