Henry Heath Draper was born in Bendigo, Victoria was married and was employed as a Builder. He enlisted in Moorabbin, Victoria at the age of 32. He volunteered and was stationed with the 1st Divisional Signal Company later transferring to the 3rd Divisional Signal Company with the Regimental number 20328. He was discharged and Returned to Australia on the 4th of July 1919. Tree number 3486.
