Biography

Leonard Thomas Worthington was a single 21 year old clerk at the time of his enlistment on the 18th of June 1917. He was ranked as a Sapper with the Light Motor Set Wireless Troop. His unit embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A38 Ulysses on the 19th of December 1917. He returned to Australia on the 19th of April 1919 and was discharged on the 12th of May 1919 due to the termination of his enlistment period.
